7 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Josh McCown has been the best quarterback in training camp and is showing no signs of losing the job as the regular season approaches. McCown has always been expected to open Week 1 as the starter, but he's merely keeping the seat warm for third overall pick Sam Darnold. McCown surprised with 2,926 yards, 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions in 13 games last year for Gang Green, but his upside is limited and his leash could be short if he struggles.
