7 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds will call up starting pitcher Robert Stephenson to make the start on Wednesday against the Mets. Stephenson was 5-6 with a 4.68 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 9.1 K/9 over 25 outings (11 starts) for the Reds last year. He was pitching very well for Triple-A Louisville this year, going 11-6 with a 2.87 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 10.8 K/9 over 20 starts, so he's certainly earned this promotion. He might be a bit too risky to stream in deep mixed leagues right off the bat, but Stephenson is certainly one to watch to close out the year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
