7 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Adalberto Mejia (wrist) left his start early with a left wrist strain on Tuesday. He still managed to pick up the win against the Indians by allowing just a single hit while walking one and striking out three in five solid innings. The left-hander is now 2-0 on the season with a 2.01 ERA in four starts (22 1/3 innings). However, his weak 5.24 K/9 and bloated 86.5 left-on-base percentage points to regression ahead. Hopefully his injury isn't serious enough for him to have to miss his next turn.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
