7 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers are working out free-agent place kicker Nick Rose on Friday as potential competition for Chandler Catanzaro, who missed an extra-point attempt and a long field goal in the preseason game on Thursday. Catanzaro made up for it by making the game-winning kick. The Bucs obviously aren't comfortable with Catanzaro just yet. Rose made 11 of his 14 attempts last year between the Chargers and Redskins, including going one of two from 50-plus. Whoever wins this job heading into the season can be left to the waiver wire.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
