7 years agoNew Orleans Saints defensive end Alex Okafor suffered an undisclosed injury in practice on Wednesday and limped off the field under his own power. This is notable since Okafor is coming off a torn Achilles he suffered in Week 11 last year. Before his injury, he had 43 tackles, 4.5 sacks and two forced fumbles. Okafor and Cameron Jordan can combine to form a fearsome pass rush for the Saints, so hopefully Okafor's injury isn't serious and isn't related to his Achilles.
