7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Manny Pina (shoulder) will head back to Milwaukee to have his left shoulder examined on Thursday. Pina left the game early on Wednesday with the injury. He had a hit, run scored, walk and a strikeout in three plate appearances before leaving. It's good news that it's to his non-throwing shoulder, but this could require a disabled list stint. Pina has been the team's primary catcher and is hitting .241 with six home runs and 19 RBI on the season. Erik Kratz will see most of the starts behind the dish for however long Pina is out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
