7 years agoGreen Bay Packers running back Jamaal Williams (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the preseason game on Thursday. We'll have to wait to find out the severity of the injury, but this is bad news for the Packers. Williams is the best bet to lead their rushing attack in an early-down role in 2018. He was set to split work with Aaron Jones and Ty Montgomery in a committee approach, but Williams is the most attractive fantasy option of the trio. If you already drafted Williams, hopefully you were able to handcuff Jones to him. Jones will also be suspended to start the year, so if Williams has a serious injury, Montgomery would see a lot of touches early on, drastically increasing his draft stock.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
