6 years agoBoston Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts had a strong performance on Monday against the Cleveland Indians in a losing effort. Bogaerts was 2-for-5 at the plate with three runs driven in. Bogaerts has been great all season long, as evidenced by his .281 average, 77 RBI, and 17 home runs. He is also one of the best clutch hitters in the big leagues as he now leads in the MLB with 30 RBI when there are two outs with runners in scoring position.
