6 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Kevin Gausman was great on Tuesday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The former Oriole picked up the win after eight scoreless innings, allowing four hits while walking two batters and striking out five. Gausman has been especially solid lately, as he is 3-0 in his last three starts while only allowing three runs over that timespan. He has gone from a decent streaming option to a starter worth rostering quite quickly as he aids the Braves in their playoff push. He is worth a pickup in all leagues, especially because his next start will be against the lowly Miami Marlins.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
