6 years agoSeattle Mariners starter Marco Gonzales was chased from the game in the fourth inning on Wednesday, allowing 11 hits and eight earned runs in only three innings of work. Gonzales came into the game with an unsightly 7.94 ERA in the month of August and then put up perhaps his worst start of the year. Gonzalez won 10 games in the first half of the season but appears to be running out of gas in the dog days of August. Seattle will continue to run Gonzales out there every fifth day but his fantasy value is dissipating quickly.--Joey C - RotoBaller
