6 years agoThe New York Jets signed free-agent running back Charcandrick West (Chiefs) to a contract Friday. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. He will be fighting with George Atkinson, Trenton Cannon, Elijah McGuire and Thomas Rawls for touches behind Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell. Landing with Gang Green isn't a great situation for West's immediate fantasy outlook, so leave him to the waiver wire for now. His arrival with the Jets might spell the end of the brief tenure of Rawls in New York. He was already believed to be on the roster bubble prior to West's arrival. The top two tailbacks for fantasy purposes are obviously Crowell and Powell.--Daniel Dobish
