6 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Cody Latimer had just one catch in Friday's preseason game against the New York Jets, but it was good for a 54-yard grab. The former receiver for the Denver Broncos has had a strong training camp and preseason, appearing to be in the driver's seat for the No. 3 receiver job behind Odell Beckham Jr. and Sterling Shepard. He could see a decent amount of targets during the early going, especially if tight end Evan Engram (concussion) is slow to recover from the concussion he suffered on Friday. Latimer is still nothing more than a WR6 in most fantasy formats, but perhaps the light will finally go off for the former University of Indiana star.--Daniel Dobish
