Josh Gordon Activated From The Non-Football Injury List
6 years agoCleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon was activated from the non-football injury list on Saturday. Gordon will now be able to take part in practices with the team and is expected to be on the field for team walkthroughs on Saturday. Gordon returned to camp last week but had to wait for clearance from the NFL before he could officially participate in practice. Head coach Hue Jackson told reporters that he would like to get Gordon some playing time in the final preseason game against the Detroit Lions. Even if that doesn't happen, Gordon should be fine for Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Look for Gordon to start in two-receiver sets across from Jarvis Landry.
