7 years agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been quiet through the first two games of the preseason. Kelce has been held to just four receptions and 49 yards this preseason. The Chiefs don't want to risk an injury, so it's understandable why Kelce has not seen a huge amount of playing time. However, Kelce is going to be a nice safety blanket for quarterback Patrick Mahomes when he can't go deep to Tyreek Hill. Mahomes and Kelce need to build chemistry and that can only be accomplished by playing together.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
