6 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Mike Boone has been very impressive throughout training camp and preseason this year. Due to his performance, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune believes that Boone is currently winning the RB3 competition over Roc Thomas. Thomas had an explosive debut in the preseason opener, while Boone had a fantastic performance in the second game. Everything will come down to Thursday's preseason finale against the Tennessee Titans, but Boone's punishing running style just seems more suited for the Vikings offense. He'd be a valuable commodity if anything happened to Dalvin Cook or Latavius Murray, but he currently has no substance for fantasy purposes.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
