6 years agoDetroit Lions tight end Luke Willson (knee) did not practice with the team on Monday afternoon. However, he was seen doing some sprints and light running on the sideline. Willson was forced to leave last Friday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with an injury and was originally listed as questionable to return. Later, the team confirmed that he suffered a knee injury and would not return. It's encouraging to see Willson at least out on the field just three days later, hinting that the knee injury was nothing serious. Willson is expected to be the team's top tight end. However, he has yet to stand out this preseason and isn't worth anything more than a low-end TE2 flier.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
