7 years agoCincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto (leg) did sliding drills on Tuesday and said he felt good. He's hoping to be activated from the disabled list soon. Votto has been out since Aug. 16 after being hit by a pitch in early August. His power numbers are noticeably down this year (nine homers), but he still is helpful in on-base percentage leagues with a .422 mark.
