7 years agoBoston Red Sox relief pitcher Steven Wright (knee) threw two scoreless, hitless innings with Triple-A Pawtucket on Tuesday with one walk and one strikeout. It was his first game action since he went on the disabled list with knee inflammation on June 23. Wright could return to the Red Sox bullpen soon and could be a key contributor down the stretch and into the postseason.
