6 years agoCleveland Indians starter Mike Clevinger allowed a pair of unearned runs on four hits in a 5-3 win over the Minnesota Twins on Thursday afternoon. He surrendered a two-run shot to Ehire Adrianza following a Jose Ramirez error, but that was all he gave up through 6 2/3 innings. Clevinger also struck out nine batters while walking just one. The win pushed his record to 10-7 on the season to go along with a 3.17 ERA. Clevinger has been a reliable arm for the entire year and is providing great value for managers who drafted him as a sleeper. He has an excellent matchup in his next outing against the lowly Kansas City Royals.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
