7 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers are acquiring relief pitcher Ryan Madson from the Washington Nationals on Friday, according to a source. It's unknown what the Dodgers are sending to the Nationals. Madson hasn't been all that effective this year in D.C. (5.28 ERA, 1.42 WHIP, four saves), but the 38-year-old brings veteran experience to a bullpen that really needs some help as they seek a playoff spot.
