6 years agoDespite the Baltimore Ravens decision to keep quarterback Robert Griffin III on their 53-man roster, Joe Flacco is locked in as the Ravens Week 1 starter against the Buffalo Bills. Flacco heads into the matchup facing one of the worst pass rushes in the league, according to Pro Football Focus, which ranks 31st in the league. With that said, with wide receiver Michael Crabtree facing a tough matchup on the outside along with an injury to first-round rookie Hayden Hurst, Flacco will be forced to stretch the field, utilizing his extra time in the pocket and possibly looking to utilize receiver John Brown's catch-and-run ability. Flacco is a back-end QB2 headed into Week 1.--Justin Friel
