6 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs will be a fringe WR1 option for fantasy owners when he takes on the San Francisco 49ers this upcoming Sunday. The 49ers were the 22nd ranked team against the pass in 2017 and they also allowed the sixth most wide receiver touchdowns. The 49ers added cornerback Richard Sherman in free agency, but Diggs' combination of speed and route running poses a tough challenge for the secondary. Diggs is coming off of a season that saw him garner 849 yards on 64 receptions with eight touchdowns. He has already showcased the fantastic chemistry he has developed with new quarterback Kirk Cousins and should be well on his way to the best season of his young career.
