7 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Jeremy Hellickson (wrist) is throwing a simulated game on Friday. Hellickson has been surprisingly good for the Nats this year, going 5-3 with a 3.57 ERA and 1.08 WHIP in 18 starts, but he doesn't usually go deep into games and is only striking out 6.5 hitters per nine innings. The veteran right-hander could be a streaming option in deeper leagues down the stretch.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
