Nick Chubb Will Hope For More Work In Week 2
6 years agoCleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb saw just three touches in his NFL debut in Week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chubb looked good in his limited work, ripping off a 17-yard run and finishing with 21 yards. For now, Chubb has been operating strictly as the backup to starting running back Carlos Hyde. While that could become more of a 50-50 split as the season goes on, don't expect Chubb to see more than a handful of carries in Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints. Chubb remains nothing more than a bench stash/handcuff to Hyde in redraft leagues.
