Carlos Hyde Looks To Find End Zone Again in Week 2
6 years agoCleveland Browns running back Carlos Hyde found the end zone in Week 1, although he only gained 62 yards on 22 carries in the contest. The veteran running back will look to improve upon his efficiency when he travels to New Orleans to take on the Saints in Week 2. Hyde should benefit from playing on the turf in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in Week 2, although the Saints run defense has been rather stout over the past season. New Orleans held Tampa Bay lead back Peyton Barber to just 3.63 yards per carry in Week 1. Hyde only saw two targets in Week 1 and isn't likely to do much in the passing game with Duke Johnson in town, which gives him a low floor if he doesn't score. Treat Hyde as a touchdown-dependent RB3 in fantasy in Week 2.
