David Njoku Looks To Improve In Week 2
6 years agoCleveland Browns tight end David Njoku turned in a disappointing Week 1 performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers, catching just three passes and struggling with drops in the game. The second-year tight end also tweaked his ankle during the game but was able to return to the field. He will look to bounce back in Week 2 when his team travels to New Orleans to take on the Saints. New Orleans was tough against the tight end position in 2017, ranking sixth in DVOA, and held Tampa Bay Buccaneers' tight ends to a combined two catches for 52 yards in Week 1. Njoku is going to have some big games this season but Week 2 would be a good time to leave him on the bench if you have a better option at the position.
