6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said the team is unsure if wide receiver Marquise Goodwin (quadriceps) will play in Week 2 against the Lions. Goodwin did not practice on Wednesday, but he'll have a chance to suit up if he can get in a practice the rest of the week. He did not have a catch in the season opener before getting injured but will be the team's No. 1 wideout whenever he's on the field. If he can't play this Sunday, Dante Pettis will have a huge role again. Pettis had two catches on five targets for 61 yards and a score against the Vikings and would be a strong WR3/flex if Goodwin is out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
