6 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Luis Ortiz (hamstring) left his MLB debut early on Friday due to a left hamstring strain. Ortiz said he dealt with a similar injury earlier in the year in the minors, but this one doesn't seem as serious. The rookie had allowed one earned run on four hits in 1 2/3 innings to take the loss against the White Sox. There's no telling if Ortiz will be able to make another start before the season ends. Stay tuned for more details about the severity of his injury. He won't be a very attractive fantasy streamer if he gets anymore starts this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
