6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Mookie Betts (side) left the game early on Sunday with left side soreness. Betts was on the disabled list from May 29 to June 11 with an abdominal strain on his left side, so this is very concerning for one of the best overall players in baseball. He was hitless in three plate appearances with an RBI and two strikeouts before leaving. Betts is hitting .337/.431/.619 with 29 home runs, 118 runs scored, 72 RBI and 28 stolen bases. Losing such a stud in all categories would be a big blow to fantasy owners the rest of the way. Expect an update on Betts' status soon.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
