6 years agoToronto Blue Jays rookie catcher Danny Jansen was 1-for-3 with a two-run homer in Monday's 5-0 win over the Baltimore Orioles. The big fly was Jansen's first homer since the second game of his MLB career on August 14. The power has just not been there, as Jansen only has two home runs and five RBI on the season. His .254 average is decent enough, but his statistics across the board should improve heading into 2019. Jansen is the catcher of the future in Toronto and can be a viable player in keeper formats, but he has no fantasy value for the remainder of 2018.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
