6 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Tommy Pham launched his 18th and 19th home runs of the season in the Rays' 9-3 win over the Texas Rangers on Wednesday night. Entering the game, Pham had only had one home run in the month of September, and had three total since being traded to Tampa Bay at the trade deadline. Despite the lack of home run power this month Pham has been playing very well for the Rays, as he has three doubles, three triples and has scored 10 runs over his previous 14 games while hitting .333 with a .984 OPS. Pham's season numbers have taken a slight tumble since last season when he finished 11th in the NL MVP race, but he remains a solid outfield option in the majority of fantasy leagues.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
