6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (shoulder) is making good progress, returned to individual drills last week and is expected to take another step forward in practice this week. However, he's still being called week-to-week by head coach Doug Pederson, and it's unlikely the receiver plays in Week 3 against the Colts. “Player sources said it was Week 4 or 5. I still think it is Week 4 or 5," NFL Insider Adam Caplan said on the Go Birds podcast. "It is a situation where they are starting to ramp up his work this week. It is just a matter of does he look like he is ready or not. Range of motion, pain tolerance, soreness after he gets a lot more work. I’ve heard, from people that have seen him, he looks really good.” That means you'll have to keep Jeffery on your bench for another week and hope he makes his season debut in Week 4. In the meantime, Nelson Agholor and tight end Zach Ertz should continue to be target hogs for fantasy owners.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
