6 years agoCleveland Browns rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield will be announced as the starting quarterback on Monday when head coach Hue Jackson meets with the team. Tyrod Taylor was knocked out of Thursday's game with a concussion but was just 4-for-14 for 19 yards before leaving. Mayfield entered and sparked the team to a comeback win over the Jets, completing 74 percent of his passes. Mayfield has much more upside than Taylor under center, and his move to the starting job will raise the fantasy ceiling for all of Cleveland's pass-catchers. Mayfield will have his ups and downs in the starting role, but he can be used immediately as a QB2 play in two-QB leagues against the Raiders in Week 4.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
