6 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (foot) is making good progress after re-fracturing his right foot in the season opener, but there isn't an exact timetable for his return. "Yeah, I'm way ahead of the curve," Olsen said Monday night at his HEARTest Yard yoga fundraiser on the team practice fields behind Bank of America Stadium. "Last year at two weeks I was laying in my bed in a cast. I couldn't do anything." The 33-year-old didn't need surgery this time around and said he's feeling good. Olsen was moving around without a walking boot and no sign of a limp on Monday. The veteran tight end will be back at some point this year, so keep him stashed if you have the room. His return will be a big boost to Carolina's offense and the fantasy value of quarterback Cam Newton. Rookie Ian Thomas is filling in for Olsen right now but hasn't made much of an impact in the passing game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
