David Njoku A Low-End TE1 In Week 4
6 years agoCleveland Browns tight end David Njoku is off to a slow start in his sophomore season. Njoku has caught just nine passes for 69 yards in his first three games while still looking for his first touchdown. The young tight end should benefit from the insertion of Baker Mayfield into the starting lineup. Njoku is extremely athletic and profiles as the team's top red-zone option when they choose to pass near the goal line. In Week 4, Njoku will take on an Oakland Raiders defense that has yet to allow a touchdown to enemy tight ends this season. That being said, Njoku has multi-touchdown upside any time he's on the field, especially with Mayfield under center. Treat Njoku as a low-end TE1 in Week 4.
