6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Jhoulys Chacin will start Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Rockies on Friday on short rest. Chacin allowed one run in 5 2/3 innings to help beat the Cubs to capture the division title on Monday. However, we wouldn't expect better results on short rest this Friday against a much stronger Rockies lineup. The veteran right-hander faced Colorado once this year on the road on May 10, allowing two runs on four hits while walking two and striking out five in 5 1/3 innings in a win. Chacin could be on a much shorter leash on short rest in this playoff game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
