6 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey has totaled at least 95 all-purpose yards in each of his first three games in 2018. Even more impressively, there doesn't seem to be a way for opposing defenses to render him ineffective. He ran the ball just eight times for 37 yards in Week 2, but accounted for that by catching 14 passes for 102 yards. Week 3 was a polar opposite, as McCaffrey converted 28 carries into 184 yards while catching just two passes. The Panthers appear fully committed to getting him heavily involved by any means possible, and that should make his fantasy owners swell with confidence. In Week 5, McCaffrey will take on a Giants defense surrendering 126 rushing yards per game, fourth worst in the NFL. Another big outing is on the way.--Chris O'Reilly
