6 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano has been detained by police in the Dominican Republic after a traffic incident Sunday morning in which Sano ran over a police officer. The police officer suffered a broken leg. Sano was driving without license plates and didn't have identification. It's unclear if Sano might face a suspension from Major League Baseball, but it's another bad sign for a player that was a huge disappointment for fantasy owners in 2018. Sano hit just .199/.281/.398 with 13 home runs and 41 RBI in 71 games. His fantasy stock is well on the decline entering next season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
