6 years agoUpdating a previous report, San Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle) is questionable to return in Week 5 against the Cardinals after suffering an ankle injury. The good news for fantasy owners is that Breida had eight carries for 56 yards and a five-yard touchdown catch before leaving. If he's forced to miss time moving forward, Alfred Morris' fantasy stock would rise, while Kyle Juszczyk could see a role in the passing game, making him a deep sleeper in PPR leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
