6 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle) suffered a mid to high ankle sprain in Week 5 against the Cardinals and will undergo an MRI exam on Monday, according to a source. He might not play next week with the team wanting to give him some time to rest so that it won't bother him for the rest of the season. There's still a good chance Breida misses multiple games with this injury, but the good news is he won't be out the rest of the season. If he has to miss time, Alfred Morris will become a volume-based RB2, while fullback Kyle Juszczyk becomes an immediate waiver addition in PPR leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
