6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw will start a Game 5 (if necessary) of the National League Division Series against the Braves on Wednesday, according to manager Dave Roberts. This was the plan all along, but the Braves will have to force a deciding Game 5 by winning again on Monday first. Kershaw has once again been electric this year, but his strikeouts have been down a bit (8.6 K/9). The southpaw allowed just two hits while striking out three and walking none in eight shutout innings in the Game 2 victory.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
