6 years agoNew York Islanders goalie Robin Lehner made a good first impression with his new team on Monday afternoon. Lehner recorded 35 saves in a 4-0 win over a potent San Jose Sharks team. It was the ninth shutout of Lehner's career. The big Swede has struggled with inconsistency throughout his time as a starter, but he's hoping that he can find his game with the Islanders. Lehner is a bottom-tier goalie for fantasy purposes, but if today is any indication, he could surpass Thomas Greiss on the depth chart. Monitor his performance through the first couple of weeks.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
