6 years agoThe Arizona Cardinals signed free-agent wide receiver Kendall Wright to a one-year deal on Monday and released rookie cornerback Deatrick Nichols in a corresponding move. Wright was the Bears leading receiver in 2017 with 59 catches for 614 yards and a touchdown. Arizona needs a lot of help on offense, generating 786 yards through the air in five games. Rookie Christian Kirk has been the team's leading receiver with only 19 catches for 234 yards and a score. Rookie quarterback Josh Rosen will likely continue to be up and down, too, so we find it hard to believe that Wright will carve out a fantasy-relevant role anytime soon.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
