Redskins' Offensive Line Dealing With Several Injuries
6 years agoWashington Redskins offensive guards Shawn Lauvao (calf) and Brandon Scherff (knee) were estimated to be limited participants in Wednesday's walk-through practice, while offensive tackle Trent Williams (knee) was also listed as limited due to his knee ailment. The offensive line is a MASH unit right now, and that's not good for the fantasy outlooks of quarterback Alex Smith, as well as the potential of running backs Adrian Peterson (shoulder) or Chris Thompson (ribs), if they can even play. The team is also listing backup tight end Vernon Davis (hamstring) among the walking wounded, so blocking could be an issue in Week 6.
