6 years agoNew Jersey Devils forward Marcus Johansson scored the team's third goal in Thursday's 6-0 win over Washington to end a lengthy goal drought. He last scored on Dec. 29 last year in a 4-3 overtime loss to Buffalo. Soon after, Johansson spent months on the shelf before returning in the playoffs and finishing pointless against Tampa. He's up and running now though and should be very motivated to perform in 2018-19 after health issues ruined his first year in New Jersey. The goal against his former team was Johansson's first point of the season, and he's also tallied four shots on goal, three hits with a plus-two rating while averaging 15:46 on the ice per game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
