6 years agoChicago White Sox outfield prospect Luis Robert (leg) hurt his leg while playing for the Glendale Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League on Friday. The good news is that he walked off the field under his own power. Robert is the team's fourth-ranked prospect and No. 44 overall in baseball and was 1-for-3 before leaving the game. He has hit safely in all four games played so far, going 5-for-17 (.294) with a walk and three strikeouts. Robert is only 21 years old and hit .269/.333/.360 with no home runs, 17 RBI and 15 steals in 50 games with three minor league levels in 2018. He never advanced past High-A Winston-Salem, so expect him to get some more seasoning at the higher levels before the White Sox feel comfortable calling him up.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
