6 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Brock Osweiler will start in place of Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) for the second straight game in Week 7 against the Lions. Tannehill is not quite ready to return from his injury, and Osweiler is riding a high after throwing for 380 yards in the overtime win over the Bears. The Lions are a decent matchup for opposing quarterbacks, but it'd be foolish to expect a repeat performance from Osweiler. He'll be a low-end QB2 play in his second straight start.
