6 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Tavon Austin (groin) will not play in Week 7 against the Redskins. Austin is dealing with a potential multi-week injury. He remains mostly a gadget player for the worst passing offense in the NFL, and he has seven catches on 10 targets for 130 yards and two touchdowns. The 28-year-old has also ran the ball six times for 55 yards. He should only be stashed in the deepest of leagues. In his absence, rookie Michael Gallup could have an expanded role, but he's had exactly one reception in five of his six games to begin his career.
