6 years agoColorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon had his first three-point night of the season on Thursday, finishing a 5-3 win over New Jersey with three assists. It was his first game without a single goal this season, but he more than made up for it. MacKinnon flirted with the 100-point plateau in 2017-18 and it's not out of the question that he finally manages to reach the magical mark this season, especially with his linemates Mikko Rantanen and Gabriel Landeskog also off to hot starts.
