6 years agoWashington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed was targeted just four times against the Cowboys on Sunday, hauling in two of those for 43 yards. This marks the second time in three games he's been targeted fewer than five times and caught fewer than three passes. Considering the injuries plaguing some of Washington's other receiving options, this is quite the puzzling trend. It stands to reason that Reed should've seen more volume over the last few games, but the Redskins' offensive identity seems to lean more toward the rushing attack every week. Reed remains a top option in Washington's passing game, but it's becoming difficult to bank on that for solid fantasy production.--Chris O'Reilly
